Thank you for joining us at Forest Ridge.
Please read the information below before your visit.

Hosted by Dunc Moonfull
Sunday 21st June 2026
2pm - 4pm
A gentle Summer Solstice gathering of music, singing, spoken word, nature connection and conversation.
Together we'll take a slow walk through the landscape, pause for music and reflection, and celebrate the longest day of the year.
Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear
A camping chair if you'd like somewhere comfortable to sit during the outdoor music and discussions
Drinking water, any BBQ food and any personal items you may need
Please arrive in good time so everyone is gathered in the yurt ready to begin at 2pm.
You are welcome to leave belongings in the yurt or your vehicle during the event.
There is parking available on site - location link above. Do not drive beyond the yurt when the ground is wet, as this can damage the land and vehicles may become stuck.
There is also a small roadside car park nearby for overflow - Click here for the car park location.
If the weather is dry, vehicles can access more of the site and camp in designated areas.
During wet weather, vehicles must remain in the first part of the field or use the overflow roadside car park.
Car sharing is encouraged wherever possible to help reduce our impact on the land and minimise the number of vehicles on site.
If you are bringing a campervan or staying overnight, please inform the event host in advance, along with the number of people attending. You’ll need to be fully self-sufficeient for the duration of your stay.
Please note that there is no electric hook-up available on site.

Our water comes directly from a natural underground source.
Some members filter the water and others use it untreated, however we recommend that guests:
Bring 2 litres of drinking water per day, or
Use a suitable water filter, or
Boil and cool water before drinking
There is a standpipe and tap available near the yurt, please use sparingly.
We’ll have a selection of light bites and table of communal food for the end of the event, please bring any food and drinks for yourself or to share.
Felix is the main communal fire pit and gathering space at Forest Ridge in the centre of the field.
Please leave the area clean and tidy, take all rubbish and recycling home with you, and be mindful of fire safety at all times.
There are usually two BBQs available, one being a plant-based.
Please use all cooking facilities responsibly and help keep the space welcoming for everyone.

If you would like to bring a furry friend, please let us know in advance. Dogs must remain on a lead at all times and be supervised throughout your visit.
Please clean up waste responsibly, keep away from paths, growing areas and gathering spaces.
We ask all guests to be mindful that there are young children and wildlife on site, and to help us maintain a calm and respectful environment for everyone.
For some organised activities and meals, we may ask that pets remain in vehicles, campervans or other suitable spaces.
Please note: For the Summer Solstice gathering (2pm–4pm), we'd be grateful if pets could sit this part out. They'll be very welcome to enjoy the wider site before and after the event.
A communal compost toilet is available in the shed next to the yurt.
Basic handwashing facilities and hand sanitiser are provided.
Please leave the space clean and tidy for the next person and follow the instructions displayed inside.
